What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  We also offer and easy Paypal option to process your payment – with or without a Paypal account.

What are my shipping options?

We ship via Canada Post.  On checkout, you will have the choice of our most common shipping methods or expedited shipping options.   Any free shipping offerings will be sent via the most cost effective methods.   After you check-out, you will be sent a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery of your purchase.

How do I apply a Promotional or Coupon Code?

On both the “Cart” page, and the “Checkout” page, you will find a link to enter your coupon code.  After entering a successful coupon code, you will see the adjusted price in the checkout window.

I'm not sure if my order went through. How can I confirm that it's been received?

When you’ve completed an order, you should receive an email confirming your order and payment.  If you have not received your expected email, you can reach out to us by using our CONTACT FORM, or by phone at 1-647-800-3630.

The product I purchased says it comes with a full warranty. How do I register my product?

When you receive your AVINA wine opener, you will receive instructions inside the box for how to register your product for the warranty.  Alternatively you can visit the AVINA website by clicking HERE or by visiting avinawinetools.com
